Limited Warranty

Masterkidzshop guarantees that the product will be no defects in materials or workmanship within one year after the first purchase. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
Masterkidzshop considers a manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship to be a reasonably foreseeable deficiency in the actual materials it put into its products or the work done during the manufacturing of its product.


  1. If you feel that a product you purchased from us is defective or has failed, we are here and glad to help. Masterkidzshopwill comply with the warranty policies of all manufacturers and facilitate your warranty request through the manufacturer as long as the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period. Abuse, neglect, and/or misuse of products are not covered under warranty.
  2. Please keep in mind that Masterkidzshopis just the middle-man in this process, and the final decision of the product warranty is at the discretion of the manufacturer for that product. We will do our best to support your warranty case, but not all warranty requests are approved.
  3. Any labor and shipping costs associated with a warranty claim are not covered by the warranty and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If an item needs to be returned to Masterkidzshopfor warranty consideration, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. Likewise, for warranty products being returned to the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please understand.
  4. Please note, warranty policies only apply to the ORIGINAL owner of the product. If you purchased the product used, we cannot provide any warranty support.

Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
  2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

Contact our service Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.

If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns in the following conditions:

  1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
  2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

Note: All returns must be authorized by the Masterkidzshop Team via the service Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.

Returns Process & Time-Frame

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

  1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our service Center stating your:
  • Order number
  • SKU number or product name
  • Reason for return
  1. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our returns address.
  2. Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
  3. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 30 days.

After this, please note the refund times below:

For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.

For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

For Wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated.

Return Shipping Costs & Address

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandise Authorization) with the related returns address.

  1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

However, you can still place orders by contacting Customer Service at service@Masterkidzshop.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
